Implantation or PMS?

I'm 6dpo and have had some some weird symptoms. I have had mild cramping and some pressure with backache for the the last couple of days. Today I have really bad intermittent cramping. Could this be implantation or PMS? I don't usually get cramping or anything until my period starts.

I'm 9dpo and I've had ridiculous cramping. The only other time I cramped like this was when I first got pregnant with ds.
