Have you tested again? Since you are diagnosed with PCOS I would get by to the gyno as soon as possible and have them do a blood test just to be safe. If you are pregnant they should be able to give you all the information you need on PCOS and pregnancy. Good luck!

I have PCOS and it wasn't diagnosed until I was pregnant with my daughter. I actually thought I was having a late miscarriage when a cyst ruptured and they checked and baby was fine but doc saw all the cysts on my right ovary and said I had two rather large ones that would probably burst as well. They kept me off meds and monitored the cysts closely and they eventually just absorbed back into my body. I got lucky because that first one was a pain I will never forget. Get into your doc and get checked out. they can keep track of them via ultrasound while you are pregnant to keep you from assuming you have miscarried like I did. Plus you may not want to be on that medication either. just a thought. Let us know how it goes and congrats!

Hi this happened to me I had scan was told about multiple large cyst. Was diagnosed with pcos. A week later we found out we were pregnant . My little man is now almost two and sitting in my arms watching clangers lol x I hope alls well for you x
