am i just misscarriage or i had period?

my last period cycle was 30 september and i did test pack on the 3rd november, it came out faint line, and it still faint line on the 10 november, and then i had bleeding on 12 november, first it was brown, and when i wipe also brown, but then i didnt bedrest and having breakfast and coffee, after that i peed and the blood came along with the pee and its red blood.
i go to the chinese medication sinsei and he gives me medicine to stronger the uterus and baby.
but then when i arrived home, and havent took the medicine, there is 1 grey covered with black blood as big as half the thumb came out from my vagina.
i thought oh this must be it, it doesnt look like blood clots like regular period. i continuing bedrest for 3 days, and then i test pack again, it came out negative
and how the blood has completely gone. im clean.
what is this? do i need still to do cleaning of the uterus or what? or is this actually period?
please share if u have the same experience.
