First off, I'm so sorry you had that experience. Second, I had fertility issues with baby #1 and she finally arrived and is actually turning 4 on Thanksgiving! So keep your chin up...but I went through that after every miscarriage. Here is how I got past it. Get rid of all your HPTs. Enjoy your love life with DH, relax, find something to preoccupy yourself (For me its the gym), and focus on that. Let go of TTC it will make you crazy. Keep an eye on your chart and then after ovulation get focused on something else. Don't test at all until the 2WW is up. Make sure you are timing you O right. use an OPK it helps. And hang in there and just pray! Its hard to suffer that loss and its hard not to obsess but refocus your energy somewhere else and best of luck to you sister!

Praying for you love it's not easy.
Do you have any factors that would cause you an issues? If so address that first and let the days come. We both ovulated the same time. I have been TTC off and on for years. The best things to just enjoy life, sex and just chart do your bbt and clock your ovulation.like the said the tww is the worse time for us who haven't got the bfp.
