Is this positive or negative?

The lines showed right when the pee crossed it. But it’s really light, so I’m not sure. Also, I have bad lower back pain and sharp pains on my right side of abdomen.

Its a good possibility i thought i had the start of appendicitis and or kidney bladder infection as i had pains that rotated between arm pits down to my hip bones so far im on 3 faint positives
