Pregnant After First Round of Clomid

I'm not sure exactly how many DPO I am so I'm going off of my body signals. I think I am 11DPO and have taken 2 tests- 10DPO and today. Both faintly positive but 2nd day looked darker. (posted pictures in Pregnancy Tests) Last cycle my doctor prescribed Clomid 50mg because we've been trying for our second for a while. Well it worked, I hope! Has anyone gotten pregnant first round and have encouraging words to share? I don't go to the doctor until the beginning of December and probably will be testing until then :)
