Can you get pregnant if you had relations 5 to 6 days before ovulation?

I had relations with my husband on the 20th. I got my positive opk yesterday early morning so it could have been positive on the 25th. Which I'd be almost 6 days before ovulation. I know sperm can live to 5 days but I've read some got preg 6 to 7 days before.. any of you have any insight on this?

It is possible in the right conditions the sperm can still be alive and hanging out waiting for an egg until a week later. My OB confirmed this for me.
