What is wrong with my body?

So my Period was supposed to start on oct.13,started the 15.lasted till the18th. Usually go 8 days.had brown stuff that usually comes at end of period for like1 pad on the 21st.then today had quarter size blood then straight back to the brown crap again.last time i had sex was Oct 3.
I doubt pregnancy cuz i had hcg level done on the 13th.2.830
I can't implant 10-12 days later.idk when i ovulated either.the 3rd was cd 18.but i also had sex cycle days 15,16,17 and18.
Idk my Dr isn't being of any help.that's y I'm asking you guys.
