I am 4w5 days pregnant. Don't have many symptoms?
I mmc in March, at 6 weeks. Had extreme sore boobs, dizziness where I couldn't stand, and that is when the baby stopped growing. Dc at 9 weeks. Now my boobs are swollen, and I'm a little more sleepy, not constipated and vivid dreams and bloating/twinges and very hungry. Is a lack of symptoms this early bad?

I would say if you are worried take another hpt.if it is still strong positive do not wore. If it is a fainter positive or negative you may have had an early miscarriage which is extremely common at this stage. This happened to me. Fingers crossed all is okay though. The first 12 wks is always the hardest and not having symptoms or a bump does make you paranoid. I would say get an early scan bit I think that you can't see a heart beat until 6 wks. Good luck x
