Clear blue digital ovulation test question

Okay so I'm on cycle day 12 just got my ovulation test in and tested one that didn't detect LH so when can I take my next one? I have some egwc . This was my first month on femara. I've never used this test before. Do you test multiple times a day with these? Make note these are not the advanced ones. Tha ks girls :)
