Progesterone disaster ????

Advice!!!

So me and my husband have bd every night since Saturday. Sunday I got a high level ovulation test then Monday and yesterday I got peak level ovulation tests. Today it's not peak or even necessarily high- should we bd tonight too or do you think the window has already passed? I'm not very good at this since I wasn't ovulating at all until a few months ago.

Also!!! I think I made a huge mistake- I took 2 doses of progesterone because I thought today would be 3dpo... do you think that it will prevent me from ovulating if I haven't already? I'm so mad at myself. I counted the first peak as day 1.. I think I did it wrong ????
