Dry/no cm now but constant mild cramping since 6dpo, am I out?

At 5dpo I was having a lot of milky white discharge and at 6dpo I started having constant mild cramping. At 8 dpi seems like everything dried up and I have no cm at all but the cramping doesn’t go away. More so towards evening. Took a test yesterday it was negative, do you think I’m out this month? Never have I had constant cramping this early, normally it’s the second day of period and that’s all.
