Why so much cramps a week before expected period?

I’m 7dpo and between 4-6dpo I was having a lot of milky white discharge. Today at 7dpo it’s not so much but I have so much cramps and pressure. I know it’s early but took a test and it was negative. I have never had so much cramps even with my period or before which is weird. Is it normal to have bad cramping one week before period or is this implantion cramping? I feel horrible with these bad cramps.
