I’m 5dpo and notice I have lots of milky white discharge. I also have pressure and cramping.

At 4dpo I’ve notice milky white discharge it now at 5dpo I e noticed an Increase of it and a constant feeling of being wet. I also have cramping and pressure. In the past I have notice after ovulation I would be dry or lil to no discharge. Something is a lil different I’m wondering is it normal to have milky white discharge and not be pregnant? Don’t want to get my hopes up
