FSH and LH levels
I had blood work done but not to find out about fertility in January. Now that we've been ttc for 5 months I decided to look at the results again...
FSH - 5.6
LH - 2.7
I don't know what part of my cycle I was in but does that look like I may have problems conceiving??? I'm 41 but in great shape. I did go through a few years of not eating much (horrible relationship) but have changed all of that! I'm just not sure if it's worth trying anymore????

when i was 39, I was diagnosed with a high FSH level and told that I wouldnt be able to conceive naturally as I had low egg reserve and poor egg quality. I was devastated. However, I took clomid, which apparently took my chances chances up to 3% and I conceived our first child!!! I did have to take progesterone (cycloflex) for the first 12 weeks of pregnancy to sustain the pregnancy. Then, when I was 41 I conceived our 2nd child on clomid!! The professionals can sometimes get it wrong and I do recall from my own reearch at the time that you need to test FSH over 6 cycles, not just one, so please dont give up!!! I am now 43 and TTC number 3. Good luck and stay strong x
