Early sign?

I've been extremely nauseous for the past two days. AF isn't due until Tuesday, six days from now. Could this be an early sign of pregnancy? I took a Clearblue test, and thought I could see the faintest line if you looked in the right light, but I'm not sure. I didn't get nauseous until around six weeks with my first.
