Question

Little/ no symptoms at 10DPO - possible to get a BFP?

Hey ladies,

I'm new here and have a question.

I have been prescribed clomid due to long anovulatory cycles (50+ days). This is my first month on clomid.

Today I am 10dpo and have had no real "pregnancy symptoms", the only symptoms I have had so far are:
1) a little bit of reddish brown cm (when checking cervix) on 7dpo
2) backache on 8dpo
No other symptoms since.

I will be testing on Saturday morning when I am 13dpo.

This TWW has been so hard. When I went for my cd14 checkup at the obygn, he said everything looks really good and I have a good chance to get pregnant this month, hope he is right.

Has anyone been in a similar situation wrt little/ no symptoms but getting a BFP?
