Id say seeing you are her sister the biggest support system for her will be her family. Poor thing is probaly an emotional mess and I am pretty sure this is not at all what she expected. But I also think regardless of what she is going through with her marriage she should be enjoying her pregnancy at this delicate time in her life. She may need a therapist to express her concerns and feelings which can be provided through her doctor. Seems to me she is struggling emotionally and should reach out to her resources.
