Question

Possible implantation bleeding or body getting used to meds?

Hi all,
So I was 21 days late for my period. Went to the doctors and further tests showed that I have PCOS.
My doctor prescribed me Diabex and with a bit of research, I've come to learn that it's the same as metformin, only a different brand.
September 15 I got my period and September 26th I started taking the Diabex. And October 9th I got a bit of light pinkish blood on my undies, thinking I've started my period and thought it was odd as it was only CD 25. By The next morning, it was more a brown discharge kind of looking like old blood, and by that afternoon it completely stopped. It was pretty light and only saw it when I wiped. And today, I've got literally nothing. So my question is, could this be implantation bleeding? Or is it just my body getting used to the Diabex and just cleaning itself out?
TIA :)
