10DPO First Month BBTing - Pregnancy Symptoms?

Hi ladies - Im a newbie here but been trying for a year now.
I have only had 2 cycles since I came off the pill - first was 150 days long, 2nd was around 60 days so Im really hoping this one is the one that is regular.
(I got diagnosed with mild PCOS a couple months back hence the irregularity, had been on the pill for 10 years previous)

Anyway, this is my 1st proper month charting my temperature and I believe I ovulated 10 days ago so currently should be around 10DPO.
We BDed the day of O only by coincidence so there should be a chance of having conceived but I think Im just being too optimistic given my reproductive irregularities!
Over the weekend (8DPO + 9DPO) I have had quite painful stitch-like ovary pain on both sides and sharp UTI-like pains as well as feeling exhausted,sore throat, earache.
Today 10DPO, Ive had a negative test and feeling menstrual like cramping in my back and abdomen but still hoping.

Just wondering has anyone else got symptoms to share?x
