I am 5 weeks pregnant, but ultrasound shows a sac that looks like to be 4 weeks.

I am 5 weeks pregnant, but ultrasound shows a sac that looks like to be 4 weeks. The doctor said that I am positive pregnant but I've been wondering why the sac looks like a 4 week old instead of 5. Is this normal? I'm aware that the sizes may vary, but I'm just very concerned that the baby stopped growing or developing last week, that's why the ultrasound shows the sac's size a week late. I am still having sore and heavy breasts, the abdominal pain has been reduced exponentially but I still have it once in a while. There has been no bleeding at all. Am i still pregnant?
