Anyone else started Vitex ?

After some research and careful consideration I went and bought some Vitex 400 mg capsules. I am 41 and I know my hormones are out of wack because my periods are not regular. It may be 24 days one month and 43 the next. So I am going to give it a shot... have you tried it ? What did you think? Did you get a BFP? Did it regulate your cycle ? How much did you take and how often ? I will take my first dose in the morning.
