Bright Red Implantation??!

I don't know when i ovulated because my periods have been irregular ever since i came off the pill in February but around 10dpo (at a guess), I had a tiny bit of bright red spotting in my knickers and then also that one time when i wiped and never again, could this be implantation bleeding?
