I am 8 DPO and I'm late on my period. I took a pregnancy test a couple days ago and it was negative. Could I still be pregnant?

How is your period late if you are only 8dpo? Perhaps your ovulation date is off?

There are 14 days after ovulation. If you tested when you ovulate, and know for sure when you ovulated, then I would wait for 6 days and test again. Your period by ovulation calculations would be due in 6 days.
