Is it possible to get a positive ovulation test after ovulating?

I have no idea if I ovulated this month... using a bbt chart and removing some days it looks like i should have seen the thermal shift on day 18 of my cycle... however, my temps didn't change like they used to so it's not clear. i had 4 positive ovulation tests the last one being the darkest of them all on day 21 and then on day 22 it was negative... so i am wondering what day i actually ovulated. if i did.
