Question

IS A 21 DAY LUTEAL PHASE TOO LONG? IM 16DPO , FIRST CYCLE ON CLOMID AND EXPECTED PERIOD IN 5DAYS

I started Clomid this cycle and ovulated extremely early (Sep. 5, CD 11) - confirmed ovulation w/ progesterone test on CD 18). It is still 5 days until my expected period, which gives me a 21 day luteal phase. Do I need to wait until my expected AF to test? or will I get a positive now?

You could definitely have a positive now.
They say to wait till your af is late cause the average LH phase is 14 days.
All over the internet it states that the most common time for implantation is 9-12dpo. Of course it can happen well before or after that 9-12dpo but those days are given as a most common guideline.

I say test away! Good luck!
