9dpo today with cramps and a tiny amount of spotting?

Hi, I am 9dpo today with cramps and tiny tiny amount of spotting, sort of yellow in color maybe slightly brownish. But only visible when I wipe, not enough for a liner or anything. Backaches and sore breasts/nipples for the last 2 days. What do you guys think?
