Am I too late??
Hello ladies. This is going to make me sound like a real novice but I'm concerned and anxious all at the same time. I had a positive clear blue ovulation test yesterday. Me and hubby dtd the day before and yesterday morning after the positive result however this was cd20 for me. What are the chances of me getting pregnant this late in my cycle.
We have a little boy alredy and his conception was easy as my cycle was always 28 days and I ovulated at cd14 since having Max my periods can go between 27 and 37 days the last few sitting around 28/29 days. If conception has taken place ???????? Will there be enough time left in my cycle for implantation to take place or will AF not occur just because the egg has been fertilised and then implantation will just take its course? Sorry if that sounds silly but my brain is on overdrive.

Any luteal phase 10 or less days there's a greater chance that the egg won't have time to implant. But you said that sometimes your cycle can be 36 days so let's hope this will be one of those months.
I personally have luteal phase defect and although I know many times over the swimmer met my egg I just knew I'm my heart that af came before it could really implant. I suggest reading up on The importance of B6 for lengthening your luteal phase. It might not be to late to start taking it now and see if you can give yourself a couple extra days before af if due. I just learned about B6 this cycle and started taking it right after ovulation. Af isn't due for 4 days so I don't know if it has worked yet to add a couple days into my cycle. Fingers crossed for you both!
