TTC please respond

I have lot many questions and TTC. Just to give you a background- I have PCOS and I have been on the first round of Clomid. And1.5 x 1.3 x .8 cm; 1.1 x 1.1 x .8 cm; .9 x 1.0 x .9 cm were the size of my follicles during the Ultra sound on Day-14. I have my OPK (ovulation predictor kit) showing positive on Day-18 does this mean its a positive Sign ? Responses greatly appreciated.
