I would suggest opk's, checking cm and cp, as well as bbt. Apps won't help becuz every woman is different. Even women who have 28 day cycles, don't necessarily O on the same CD. Opk's and cm will help u foresee a potential ovulation, and bbt (temping) will confirm when/if it happens. Opk's are not a confirmation, so u def wanna temp. If ur really wanting to give urself the best advantage, u need to add as many things to ur ttc arsenal as u can handle. If not, then bd every other day of ur cycle.
