Okay I need some help, google isn't helping, I am lost!!

Okay so Monday sept 4th through sept 8th I had light spotting, and then sept 9th I had my period (which was right in time) but the weird thing is that my "period" was only 1 day which I had to change my tampon twice and now from sept 10th till today sept 12th I'm only spotting when I wipe, I took a pregnancy test on sept 6th I think and it was negative,I usually have periods that are 4-6 days long full bleeding the whole time usually bleeding through my tampon, my question is could I be pregnant, was that IB, also I'm having some pregnancy symptoms, sore boobs, legs aching at night, arms and legs falling asleep while I'm sleeping, and nausea, what do you think??
