Has anyone tried Vitex? Good/bad experiences?

I spot 4 days before AF arrives. AF only lasts 2 days. We haven't had any luck TTc yet. I blame my weird cycles. I always get a positive opk but am not sure if I actually ovulate.

BFP 10/17, MMC - 11/17, IUI#1 - 4/18 BFN, IUI#2 - 5/18 BFN, IVF#1 - 6/18

If you have a period then yes you ovulated that month but by then its to late. I had always had long cycles sometimes i would go more then 3 mnths with out one(i have pcos). I started with the vitex to help regulate it and it worked great and was able to track better and get pregnant. After that birth never had an issue with my cycles again!

I just went a bought some today ! I am going to start it in the morning.... I hope it regulates my cycle so I can track ovulation better and get my hormones regulated !
