Periods after implanon?

I had the Implanon bar in for 3 years, during I had maybe 1 or 2 periods, I got it out on June 27th this year, in July I had kinda like spotting for 8 days (5th-13th) and then a proper period on the 2nd of August (to the 6th). Myself and my partner had already decided ttc so we tried after that period as I thought I was back to normal....
Now it's been 7 days since it's due and I've took 3 tests that say negative....
I guess my main question is when will my period go back to normal so I can ttc?
