Could I be pregnant?

I Took 2 Pregnancy Tests one came up with a faint line while the other one displayed nothing. Is there a possibility I took the test early or it's am evaporation Line? Or could I just be pregnant?

Need more info. What brand of pregnancy tests were they? Were they the same brand? It is possible your urine was more diluted on the negative test. Did you test one right after the other?

I used the one step one and it displayed the faint line while the other one was the first signal which displayed nothing. I'm having white creamy like discharge too.
