POSITIVE OVULATION TEST ON CD10 AFTER TAKING CLOMID?

I took Clomid CD3-CD7 and was told to start testing for ovulation on CD10... I was shocked to see a blaring positive.

Is this true? ...Could I really ovulate this early on Clomid?
