Can breast veins change color?

I know this is super weird. I'm 9dpo and I'm pretty sure that I'm about to get a BFP (for other reasons). Today, my right breast felt really heavy. So, I pulled up my shirt and found this strange, dark line extending from my collar bone all the way down to just above my nipple...then it curves over a bit toward my cleavage. It almost looks like a tan line (if you were to get one in the middle of your nipple...haha. Also, I haven't been in the sun.). All I can think of is that's it's some sort of vein. It's not blue, though. Has anyone experienced this? It's been hours and it's still there. Thanks, guys!
