Weird cycle, extremely light period which stopped on day 3, lost one small blob of grey tissue.

I hoping someone can help, my period started one day earlier and was extremely light and somewhat heavier next day. Stopping completely on the third day. Got what I though was a faint positive. The next morning I lost a tiny blob of grey tissue with no bleeding followed by a lot of bleeding, like a normal period. Could it have been a miscarriage? My cycle is exactly 30 days long and is ALWAYS heavy, never light and is always clotty(sorry TMI) im bot TTC conceive but did have an oopsie this month.
