Could I Be Pregnant? Please help me.

I had unprotected sex around the time of an LH surge, before and after. I did a pregnancy test at 8 dpo which seemed to show a faint positive. I wasn't due on my period until today - 30.08.17 - 28 day cycle. I actually started bleeding on Monday 28.08.17 seemed light, but always is on the first day I've stopped bleeding today with little pink bits when I wipe, yesterday was a little heavier than the day I started. I've had cramping since pretty much ovulation and bloating. Before the period, I had snot like CM. I'm possibly overthinking, I told my boyfriend and he seems to think that I should no way be finished. Has anyone experienced an early "period" and been pregnant? Thank you
