4 months ttc help. Feeling hopeless

Af came hard and painful this morning 3rd month ttc, my hopes are pretty low as with my first I conceived within first month.
Any advice on what I can do to increase my chances?
Take prenatals, my man is taking one a day, taking vitiam c. and also charting opk.

Never give up hope. It took my husband and I three years and we were blessed on 7 the December 2016 with twin girls. There is always hope. Try to be more spontaneous, don't let your husband know when ovulation his just go ahead and baby dance so there's less pressure on him. Hope you get your baby soon.

Maybe you can start tracking bbt. I did that as well as opk. I agree with Munchkin112, try to be spontaneous. I'm thinking of BD a couple of days before possible ovulation and then again on ovulation.

First baby took 3 months. My second took 5 months. It varies. Try opk and preseed. Those are awesome.
