Has anyone had a BFP after a BFN blood test?

Long story short: missed 2 pills, had unprotected sex a few times, stopped pill the day after. Didn't get a withdrawal bleed. I think I ovulated 2 days after having sex. Had what I thought was a text book implantation bleed (just pinky steaks when wiping twice) 8dpo. Have been cramping and suffering lower back aches since 5dpo. I'm now 16dpo and have had several BFN urine tests and today had a BFN blood test (HCG was 2). Is there a chance I could still be pregnant? I feel very pregnant. I've had 2 children before and I had cramps as symptoms early on the same as the ones I have now. Could it be a chemical pregnancy?
People have told me it could just be a reaction to stopping the pill but I've stopped the pill several times in my lifetime and never missed a withdrawal bleed or had cramps. I can't for the life of me work out what's happening!
