trying to hold on

I am still getting dark bfp but I've been spotting now this is the 3rd day. I had a Pap smear Monday and she said I would spot but today it was enough to feel it coming down.. I wiped and its orangish in color.. yesterday it was less but it was pink.. I have cramping but I had severe cramping with all my pregnancies.. but that combined with the spotting has me concerned.. I'm going to call my OB at 10 when they open.. I'm trying to hold out hope but in my TTC experience blood is never a good sign..
