Is it all in my head?
So 9 days after I ovulated, I began to have cramps like I was getting AF. This has never happened. The next day, I woke up with slight sore boobs. 2 days after, I woke up and had lower back pain along with cramps, extra CM and twinges in my ovary- again, never experienced cramps and lower pack pain like this in the middle of ovulation and AF. Lower back pain continued however, cramps subsided. I did a test and resulted in BFN, the next day I decided to try a LH test, and that was negative, as well as another pregnancy test, also negative. Starting this week I've had nothing, except for minor sore boobs. AF is due on Friday.
What is going on? What's with all the cramps, twinges, CM and lower back pain?
Is it all in my head or could it be pregnancy but not enough hcg?
Any help/advice/stories would be appreciated.

I am in a similar boat. Dizziness since 3dpo which I think it likely unrelated. Very light spotting 6 and 8 dpo. Minor cramps and sore lower back most of this week. BFN this morning with FMU but it was a dollar store test. Wondering if I am out of the running this month since I am 11 dpo but keeping my fingers crossed. AF is supposed to arrive on Sat.
