I like to know too as I took a test this morning with fmu and the dye just leaked. My expected AF is on Wed 23.

In a healthy pregnancy, hCG levels will be constantly rising throughout the day, so ur morning levels should be lower than afternoon or evening levels. When testing, there are many factors that affect the results. Urine concentration is a major one. I know almost everyone says that fmu is the most concentrated urine of the day, after all, it's held for the longest amount of time, so it should be...right? Wrong! Fmu, like every other urine of the day, needs to be concentrated to yield accurate results. For ppl like me, who drink a cpl cups of tea before bed, wake up 8hrs later with some pretty weak urine. In fact, my smu always gives much darker results off of a mere 2hr hold. U need to find which urine of the day is ur most concentrated (longest hold with minimal fluid intake) and stick with that for comparison purposes.
