Question

BFP 1 month after Mirena IUD removal. Are my chances of miscarriage higher?

Not only am I shocked to find out I'm pregnant this soon, I am worried that because I just had this thing removed 7/12 (had a period 7/15-7/20) that my uterine lining might not have had enough time to build up. I'm really hoping everything is ok and that it lasts. This is my second child, and only second time being pregnant. Last time I was 4 years younger and in a lot better shape yet it took months and months of ttc. It just seems so sudden and I don't even feel pregnant. Maybe I'm overthinking? Do I have a reason to worry? I'd be gutted if I found out it was chemical/ectopic/miscarriage :(

How are you doing? I got pregnant 3 months post IUD removal and I'm 5 1/2 weeks pregnant and my HcG is only 16.7. Doc said I will likely miscarry. Your question makes me wonder also if Mirena may pose higher risk of miscarriage.
