Am I Expecting?

My last cycle was 7/11/17. I am currently 4 days late and 16DPO according to these two apps I have. I have been severely constipated and tired. My appetite goes from high to sometimes forcing myself to eat for about a week now. I have experienced some cramping on both sides of my ovaries and in my pelvic area. When wiping it is either dry or clear mucus. As I type this I am having sharp pains on my left side and directly in the middle of my stomach that have been off and on for 2 hours. I am normally good with my body and keeping close watch but now I am confused.
