Am I out this month

I'm 10 dpo I ovulated on the 3rd of august and I was feeling pregnancy symptoms the who time for example cramping, flutters, pulling and pinching, head aches, stuffy nose, urges to urinate, dry mouth, constipation, and bloating, but I haven't had sore nipples or breast I can say that certain parts were aching here and there...
I have not spotted so I don't think there was any implantation but the cramping felt like AF was coming and I don't expect her until the 17th...

I took a clear blue digital at 9 DPO which was yesterday it was negative and this morning using FMU I took First Response 6 days sooner and that was also negative...

I'm just want to here some opinion if you'll think I might be out for this month...
