if you have a late inplantation, say 12dpo, how long till it will show on a test?

i ve had a lot of pulling pain on the right side of my abdomen, from 11 dpo to 12 dpo, i had to take hot water bottle to bed with me to ease the pain, it didnt feel like af pains it was different. i was just wonding if i could of had a late inplantation ?, and if so when will it show on a test??? x x x
