I just got a Prevnar and flu shot today and tonight found out I am pregnant, very concerned???

Is it life threatening to a fetus in these early stages bc I rcd a flu vaccination and Prevnar shot today? I am really concerned bc I didn't know I was pregnant! Stressed...
