to all with irregular period or spotting questions, here is what happen to me?

I had problems with my period they were always messed up but I was shocked that my last cycle it came a week early but it was so light and different in color from dark red to brown it lasted 8 days and I been taking lots of pregnancy tests since it came all negative but I still felt things happening like pain on both sides and sore breast , sleepy and exhausted it's now been more than 30 days since I had the spotting
yesterday at night I bleed after baby dancing and thought my period came but nothing today completely white
went to the Dr today did a blood test turns out I'm pregnant went home took an HPT late evening it was clear positive
last time I took a pregnancy test was a week ago it was negative
