Could I be pregnant?

This is going to be a silly question but I have taken 4 tests so far and all came up positive. I was suppose to get AF on August 1 and i start spotting a little and today it practically stopped. It's not implantation bleeding that I think of but can you all these positive pregnancy tests and then go to the doctors get a urine test there and be negative and then do a blood test and that be positive. I guess what I am saying can a test be negative because your spotting a little and then get a blood test and that be positive? Hope I didn't confuse none of you
